Lie Detector Kiosks, Is the fact that Legal in america ? What's the ...

We all know inside the information age how easy it is for those to steal someone?s identity by hacking into their computer about pull up station, or going through their online content, many of which they freely post on social networking sites. But maybe you have considered that someone can steal your identity, by stealing a graphic or photo of you?

It?s true, plus it happens a lot more than you believe. Now then, there?s a topic, the best topic I want to check with you that has got to use identity theft and the new facial recognition technology, which can be getting better every year.

Okay so, you most likely wonder about the challenges with FaceBook instituting a facial recognition feature right? Sure, that produces sense, and if you are a FaceBooking type, how do anyone really blame you if you are alarmed. Personally, I believe it?s kind of too bad FaceBook doesn?t discount photos lifted using their company websites like ?Classmates [dot] com? from people that usually are not real, as it can catch a few of the people that are hiding anonymously and using other?s names so as to deceive or worse attempt predator type stalking on our nations children or teenagers for instance here.

There was clearly an excellent excerpt posted to Slash Dot technology news recently by Soulskill on June 11, 2011 titled ?Russian Lie Detector ATM? which known an item compiled by Smitty777 which explained with the deployment of the voice analysis computer software which will ask ATM users questions including ?are you employed?? and ?At this moment, have you got some other outstanding loans?? in addition to ?scanning passports, records fingerprints and requires a three-dimensional scan for facial recognition to stop identity theft and bad withdraws.?

There was clearly another interesting piece in Bloomberg Business Week inside the June 13 ? June 19, 2011 issue titled; ?FaceBook ? EU Probes Facial Recognition Features? and discusses how people add 100 million photo tags each day towards the network, and will easily opt-out should they desire to in the facial recognition features, still the FTC or Federal Trade Commission is investigating this, since the facts are sketchy whether folks became pre-opted in prior to the new feature and/or didn?t understand how to opt-out or perhaps the potential future consequences it may bring.

Currently, the TSA is applying gait and facial recognition technologies at airports that can electronically profile anomalous behavior, that is to say people who are very nervous, seem like they?re casing the place, or about commit a criminal offense, or worse a terrorist act. If we find this technology at banks, post offices, train stations about recumbent exercise bikes reviews, airports, government buildings, and everywhere else together with your local Starbucks, favorite shops, or even Walmart ? does that mean we are going to catch all the criminals?

Of course, if those images of you, me, and everybody else are already caught on film, digitized, and stored in the cloud, that is to say some data center somewhere, who?s to express someone can?t steal your identity, or frame you for something you didn?t do? And you?re simply probably wondering are these technologies even legal, as with what went down to our freedoms? Will they stop identity theft, or will all the citizens of the great nation attend the mercy with the wizard who controls the info, and controls the globally integrated laptop or computer? That is the question I ask of you today, so please consider all of this and think about it.
